OCCUPATIONAL NURSE Required - AREQUIPA Office
DUTY:
- Apply the corresponding health procedures and regulations for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the workplace, in coordination with the occupational physician at both the Arequipa and Lima offices.
- Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and evaluating workers.
- Responsible for controlling and archiving all restricted information documents for each worker.
- Actively participate in occupational medical surveillance, providing support to the Occupational Physician.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all workers' and injured personnel's files.
- Prepare monthly reports, documents, and reports on the area's activities.
- Collaborate in compliance with the Occupational Health program.
- Coordinate with the occupational physician the medical campaigns scheduled in the company's annual General and Occupational Health Plan. Maintain control and issue reports.
- Support first aid, fire, and evacuation teams during emergency responses.
- Provide support, when required, in any company-sponsored campaigns related to healthcare and workplace accident prevention.
- Prepare statistics on the frequency of illnesses presented, care provided, and any other information that may be requested by the Occupational Physician.
- Responsible for organizing the necessary files and maintaining staff medical records.
- Support in the delivery of preventive and occupational health checkup results and any documentation related to healthcare.
- Work closely with the Occupational Physician – assists with telephone support for employees at company headquarters during their workday.

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current membership.
