In a moving ceremony held on October 2, 2025, RIMAC Seguros held the first edition of its "Recognition Ceremony for Our Most Loyal Customers", an event that brought together prominent companies from sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, construction, and transportation, among others.
During the ceremony, Santiago Rodríguez Banda S.A.C. was recognized as one of the special guest companies for its track record and commitment to the insurer, for more than 20 years of working together as strategic partners. The event took place at RIMAC Seguros' modern facilities, located at 630 Las Begonias Street, San Isidro, at 7:30 p.m.
Representing the company was Dr. Shirley Katiana Eguiluz Rodríguez, Attorney in Charge, who received the award on behalf of the entire Santiago Rodríguez Banda S.A.C. team.
SANTIAGO RODRÍGUEZ BANDA S.A.C. participated as an Associate Member in the 41st General Assembly of the International Chamber of the Transport Industry (ICTI), held in Cartagena, Colombia, on September 15 and 16 of this year.
Four panel discussions took place during the meeting:
- Transportation experience with artificial intelligence and education
- Energy, geopolitics, and transportation security
- Failures in transportation businesses
- Peculiarities of logistics and transportation activities
The CIT is a non-profit organization that promotes the development of the transportation sector globally. Founded on May 25, 2002, at the initiative of the National Confederation of Transport of Brazil, its mission is to support economic growth, generate employment, and strengthen national integration through efficient transportation of people and goods. It currently brings together organizations from 61 countries, consolidating a broad International Transportation Network.

Santiago Rodríguez Banda SAC announced the addition of new transport units powered by Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and environmental protection.
The use of LNG will allow the company to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, significantly contributing to the fight against climate change and aligning with global energy transition goals.
With this acquisition, we continue to advance our goal of offering a responsible, competitive, and environmentally friendly service. These units represent another step in our continuous improvement strategy and in our commitment as a supplier to generate a positive impact on the environment.
With this initiative, Santiago Rodríguez Banda SAC reaffirms its leadership in the adoption of cleaner and more efficient technologies, setting a precedent in the transportation sector toward a more sustainable future.

¡Tribute to the Mothers of the La Joya District!
As part of our activities, Santiago Rodríguez Banda S.A.C. had the honor of paying a well-deserved tribute to the mothers of Km 48 in the district of La Joya, Arequipa. This event was a tribute to all those brave, courageous, and tireless women, many of them playing the role of mother and father at the same time, who support their families day after day with love and effort.
The event was held at our facilities and at the municipal stadium in the La Joya district, where our guests enjoyed a joyful and warm atmosphere. We shared a small banquet with them, accompanied by many gifts and, above all, a lot of emotion and gratitude for their fundamental role in our society!
We reaffirm our commitment to the community, knowing that actions like this strengthen the bonds that unite us and inspire us to continue working toward a more humane and supportive future.
Through Official Letter No. 039-2023-SGGAV, the La Joya District Municipality requested our company's participation and donation of 300 meters of garlands to decorate the Christmas tree at the Plaza de Armas at Km 48 in La Joya.
Santiago Rodriguez Banda SAC was present with a team of collaborators from the Social Welfare and Social Security Department to provide support in the assembly and decoration of the Christmas tree.
The task began jointly with members of the La Joya Municipality.
We must not forget that assembling and decorating the Christmas tree symbolizes love for God and represents eternal life "since its leaves are always green... and because its top points to heaven."

We have obtained the 2nd star for our Carbon Footprint, the "Carbon Footprint Verification", from a Certification company. Now, let's get ready to go for the 3rd star...!! Our ultimate goal is the 4th star, which is carbon footprint neutrality, and so it will be!
We are very proud to continue contributing to the environment, while also ensuring that our strategic partners, who are our Clients, are doing the same.
Through its environmental education and information campaign, called the "Great Green Crusade", the Ministry of the Environment seeks to promote and strengthen citizens' good environmental practices regarding urban environment care, natural resource conservation, and biodiversity protection. This includes tree planting, afforestation, and/or reforestation campaigns that highlight natural resources and emphasize the fight against deforestation and climate change adaptation. Therefore, on September 30th of this year, our company participated in the Great Green Corporate Crusade, which aims to address the climate crisis.
SANTIAGO RODRIGUEZ BANDA SAC is not far behind. By joining this great crusade and contributing to climate change, it calls on its employees, and the great crusade is underway:

It's Christmas, a spiritual force invades our souls... our lives in every way, in our homes, in our jobs, in our daily routines... in short; that's why SANTIAGO RODRIGUEZ BANDA SAC, always mindful and voluntarily committed to our Social Responsibility, thinking of the children of our community, located at Km 48 in La Joya, Arequipa, brings them hot chocolate and toys, in order to see the angelic smiles these beautiful creatures often have... and which enrich our hearts and spirits. Thank you, Almighty God the Father, and thank you to the community of La Joya, for allowing us to bring this joy to the children of our community, Km 48 La Joya branch.
It's worth noting that these children, children of our workers, were also locals from the Km 48 La Joya community, who were very happy to share this celebration of joy, peace, and love.
SANTIAGO RODRIGUEZ BANDA SAC; in order to safeguard the physical integrity of its staff, its human capital, specifically its drivers, who are our main assets and the fundamental foundation of our workforce, seeks, with this motto... "Travel safely, they're waiting for you at home," strategic partners... who are the children, children of our drivers, because through them, we will reach their parents' road safety awareness... and raise awareness of the serious consequences of a traffic accident.
Likewise, through them, the children, SRB SAC seeks to promote road safety among our drivers, such as wearing seat belts and always driving defensively at the permitted speed limits, in order to inevitably avoid traffic accidents.
This campaign was carried out at our headquarters, our location on Av. The Sun Block B Lot 1.6 km 48, La Joya, Arequipa, was the very important starting point for this campaign, which seeks to promote road safety.
Congratulations to all the staff members of the SRB SAC family for participating in such a significant campaign. The carbon footprint was created as a way to quantify and generate an indicator of the impact that an activity or process has on climate change, beyond large emissions. Specifically, it is an environmental metric that calculates the amount of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions we emit into the atmosphere. This metric is used by companies to measure their impact on the environment and establish strategies to reduce these emissions.
We are very proud to contribute to the environment, as are our clients, as our strategic partners.
We have achieved Level 1, which is the calculation and reporting of our carbon footprint. Our goal is to achieve Level 4, which is carbon footprint neutrality, and we will achieve it!

SANTIAGO RODRIGUEZ BANDA SAC continues unstoppable! We are the first company in its transportation sector to obtain ISO 28000 certification nationwide through the certification company SGS DEL PERU SAC.
Our scope is: "Land transportation of oversized cargo, hazardous materials, and general cargo. Storage, consolidation, and distribution of general cargo and hazardous materials." Congratulations to all SRB SAC staff for achieving their new certification.
It is important to note that this certification is evidence that organizations within the supply chain have the capacity to control the threats and vulnerabilities that can affect security.
